	Hey, I purchased a Hauler Racks/ProRac for my pop up trailer. I'm reporting to you that this was the best purchase I've made this year. It worked great and was easy to use and setup. 		Thought you might like these photo’s of a Hauler rack installed on my T100 Toyota pickup here in southern Patagonia, near the straits of Magellan. I am building a house down here and the rack has been useful. I have been using the rack for hauling water pipe, rebar cages, and lenga wood to the building site and I haul a kayak It is truly a multipurpose rack. I just wanted to let you know about an experience that my husband and I had with two of your staff. My husband and I talked to Evan and Jeff in trying to decide on how to haul bikes with our popup camper. Both of them were super helpful and pleasant. The order came the next day, just like they said. Unfortunately two of the wheel trays had bent in shipping. I called Jeff and explained what had happened. He bubble rapped the replacements and had them to us the next day. WOW!

From beginning to end we have had outstanding customer service. Thanks so very much.

I purchased a set of racks for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I installed them yesterday. I just wanted to say how happy I am with my purchase. They are well constucted and give the look of a factory installed racks. I looked a lot of different products and I am so glad I chose yours. I bought the 52" crossbars with 48" tracks and they fit perfectly. I would recommend them to all jeep owners.
